This book seems to have received much acclaim already and it was merely published not long ago. I have yet to read anything from this author but the description has me adding this to my possibly reading list. Everyone who loves fantasy loves the idea of treachery, ancient spirits, sieges, royalty and the will to survive.
City of Lies by Sam Hawker (2018).
